At Meyer, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Meyer boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
